Job Summary
Extended Learning Facilitator responsible for managing grants and fiscal operations for out-of-school-time programs (including Summer Learning, high-dosage tutoring, and 21st CCLC), supervising program personnel, aligning enrichment activities with school improvement goals, and ensuring compliance through data collection and reporting. The role requires coordinating budgets, staffing, and program delivery across multiple locations while communicating program offerings and student progress to families and the broader community. The position is grant-funded for a 3-year term and subject to funding continuity; degree and instructional experience are emphasized in the qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Prior professional teaching experience (Oregon teaching license not required)
- Experience in grant management, budget maintenance, and federal/state compliance monitoring
- Strong familiarity with data entry, data tracking systems, and generating compliance reports
- Experience working with diverse students, families, and communities
- Ability to work collaboratively with school leadership, teachers, and community partners
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid card and relevant district trainings
