Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized academic plans for multi-grade students in a safe, nurturing environment. Foster a supportive classroom that encourages growth, confidence, and social-emotional regulation while collaborating with behavior specialists and social workers to integrate trauma-informed practices. Inspire a love of learning and help students navigate challenges to achieve success within a small group setting. This role begins mid-August for the 26/27 school year. Join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team of educators dedicated to helping students build vital life skills and rediscover a passion for learning.
Required Qualifications
- K-6 Certified VT Teacher (or eligible for licensure)

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
