Job Summary
Extended Day Director responsible for managing the before/after-school program at St. Thomas More Cathedral School. Leads program operations to align with diocesan guidelines, develops and enforces policies, supervises and trains staff, ensures safety and health procedures, engages with families and the community, and fosters a faith-based, student-centered environment consistent with Catholic education. Requires organizational and leadership abilities, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with the principal on budget and program development.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or CDA
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- MAT Certification (must be completed before start of school year)
- Background check including fingerprinting
- Completion of VIRTUS seminar within 45 days of employment
