Job Summary
Conduct after-school supervision for students ages 4 to 14 during extended day hours from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment while communicating effectively with both students and staff. Apply problem-solving skills to handle daily challenges and utilize basic technology as needed. Bring a positive attitude and a team-first mindset to support the Auxiliary Programs team in fostering authentic, academically driven, and spiritually rich experiences for young women.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children, preferably in a school or camp setting
- Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions
- Comfortable using basic technology
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset
- Must pass a Level II background screening
