Job Summary
Part-time Extended Care/After School Aide for a Catholic school under the Archdiocese of Denver. Supervises the Extended Care program, enforces school policies and safety, maintains confidentiality, and coordinates with the Extended Care Director. Requires a bachelor’s degree (preferably in early childhood education) and Safe Environment compliance. Catholic faith commitment is required. Non-benefited, part-time position with an hourly salary of $21-$23.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (preferably in early childhood education)
- Compliance with Safe Environment requirements
- Fully initiated Catholic in communion with the Catholic Church
- Effective supervisory skills
- Effective listening and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with students in a less structured but organized environment
- Must work cooperatively with school staff and administration
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of and willingness to implement safety and emergency procedures
