Job Summary

Expressive Arts Therapist for Early Intervention on a multidisciplinary team providing EI services in clients’ homes, programs, or community settings. Responsibilities include EI screening/intake, evaluation and assessment; direct child development and family support/case management; developing and executing the IFSP; collaborating with families and the EI team to identify concerns and resources; education, advocacy, and support on child and parenting issues; referrals for specialized therapies and coordination with medical/state providers; and developing transition plans for child and family. Requires a Master’s degree in Expressive Therapy; LMHC eligible preferred; EI certification with DPH; Spanish bilingual a plus; driving is required for off-site services. Salary starts at $67,500 with language skills/specialized certifications differentiators; benefits include PTO, health/dental, retirement, disability, and more.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Expressive Therapy
  • LMHC eligible preferred
  • Experience in Infancy/Early Childhood and Special Education preferred
  • Be or become Early Intervention certified with DPH
  • Driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle
