Job Summary
Production and Logistics Operators to support the efficient operation of a food manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring production equipment, performing quality checks to ensure product specifications, following food safety, quality, and workplace health & safety procedures, packing, sorting and handling finished products, maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, assisting with changeovers, basic troubleshooting, reporting equipment issues or quality concerns, and moving equipment through the storage facility. Requires ability to work a rotating Day/Afternoon/Night shift schedule with potential 24/7 patterns; desirable forklift license and experience operating automated production equipment; familiarity with GMP, HACCP, or food safety systems.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a factory, manufacturing, processing, or production environment
- Ability to work a rotating shift roster including Day, Afternoon, and Night Shifts
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Ability to follow procedures and work instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Physical fitness to undertake manual handling and standing for extended periods
