Conduct makeup services for customers from full glam to natural looks, be the go-to in-store makeup expert, partner with team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach and upskill peers, and demonstrate makeup expertise to build the makeup category. The role emphasizes back-to-back appointments, strict timing across peak trade hours, delivering top trending looks (e.g., winged/graphic liners, natural glowy skin, smokey eyes, fierce red lips), and participating in in-store activations, education opportunities (MECCAversity and masterclasses), product recommendations, and promotions within MECCA’s beauty retailer environment. The successful candidate will engage with customers to select products, contribute to brand activations (e.g., Mardi Gras), and participate in assessments (one-way video interview and in-person makeup assessment) as part of the recruitment process.
