Expressions of Interest: Guest Service Agent — LyLo Auckland

Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure, anticipating their needs before they have to ask, and check them in and out efficiently and accurately. Process daily guest transactions and accounts with care and accuracy, and manage reservations correctly and on time. Work closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, and Maintenance to ensure rooms are guest-ready, while passing on guest requests to the right department and following up to get them sorted. Know local area details, hotel services, current rates, and packages, and keep operations safe, clean, and compliant with LyLo's policies and WH&S guidelines. Complete opening and closing duties, look after equipment, and participate in training sessions and team meetings. Weekend and evening availability required with current work rights in New Zealand (working holiday visas welcome).
