Job Summary
Build and nurture strong relationships across contractor, applicator, engineer, and specifier networks while managing assigned territories to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities. Provide on-the-ground technical advice, system recommendations, and application support, collaborating cross-functionally with internal technical, marketing, operations, and customer service teams. This Expression of Interest is open to experienced sales professionals, applicators, tradespeople, or technicians seeking a transition into commercial roles within the building sector and automotive/industrial manufacturing. Applicants must hold unrestricted Australian working rights and undergo a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen. Required Qualifications
- Proven background in technical/B2B solution sales OR hands-on trade/application experience (e.g., applicator, tradesperson, or technical specialist)
- Strong commercial mindset with motivation to achieve targets and drive business growth
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach
- High degree of self-motivation, proactivity, and the ability to operate autonomously in the field
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
