Job Summary
Support planning, design, and delivery of engineering projects across Water, Defence, and Resources sectors by developing designs, calculations, specifications, and technical documentation. Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions, participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and constructability reviews, and provide technical input from concept through detailed design. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, client requirements, and safety obligations while engaging with stakeholders, contractors, and clients to achieve successful project outcomes. This role involves working on complex infrastructure and capital projects contributing to critical programs supporting Australia's future.
Required Qualifications
- Degree-qualified in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Structural Engineering
- Experience delivering engineering projects within Infrastructure, Water, Defence, Resources sectors
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Bachelor of Engineering in your field
- Relevant industry experience aligned to your engineering discipline
- Australian Citizenship is preferred and will be required for Defence-related work
Desired Qualifications
- Chartered status or progress towards professional accreditation
- Membership or eligibility for membership with Engineers Australia
