Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a consulting or professional services environment (Big 4 or similar mid-tier preferred)
- Experience supporting or delivering transformation, strategy, or process improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and facilitate discussions
- Experience preparing structured outputs including reports, proposals, and presentations
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving capability
- Exposure to operating model design, process improvement, or governance frameworks is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
