Job Summary
Entry-level ICT Support Technician role in Ballarat supporting Level 1 and Level 2 desktop/IT tasks for education clients. Primary duties include service-desk support, assisting with hardware/software troubleshooting, deployment of system images, on-site installation, basic server administration (password resets, printer queues, backups, network services), and contributing to technical documentation. Collaboration with Specialist Technician and team-oriented problem solving with a focus on customer service. Tertiary IT education and industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, MCSA, ITIL) are desirable; WWCC is required. Hybrid working options are offered for eligible roles.
