Job Summary
Lead the delivery of transmission and distribution projects and act as a key technical interface for New Zealand clients. Support substation renewal, replacement, and new-build initiatives while building strong client relationships to contribute to business growth. Provide technical leadership, project direction, and mentoring to engineering teams across New Zealand, Australia, and the Philippines. This Expression of Interest campaign invites experienced engineers to join the growing NZ Pacific Energy team, with future appointments dependent on upcoming project and panel opportunities. The role supports major asset replacement programs, renewable energy projects, and future network infrastructure investments within a hybrid work model.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 12+ years' relevant experience
- Strong transmission and distribution substation engineering experience in primary, secondary or protection systems
- Proven client and project delivery capability
- Approximately 20+ years' relevant experience
- Recognised technical leadership within the industry
- Experience leading complex projects, clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Lead the delivery of transmission and distribution projects

- Support substation renewal, replacement and new-build projects
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business growth
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across New Zealand, Australia and the Philippines
