Job Summary
Electrical Engineers across building services, from Intermediate to Director levels, are invited for confidential conversations about opportunities with WSP in Brisbane. You’ll contribute to electrical design across power, lighting, and communications, lead or support multi-disciplinary project teams, manage client relationships and support business development, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation and best practices. The role spans multiple sectors (commercial, health, education, infrastructure, defence) with flexible working arrangements and clear pathways for career progression within a collaborative, high-performing team. The Brisbane team seeks engineers who understand Australian standards and building codes, can work across varying project scopes, and contribute to high-quality, sustainable outcomes for clients.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in electrical engineering within the building services consulting environment
- Strong understanding of Australian standards and building codes
- Experience delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, health, education or infrastructure
- The ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
