Job Summary
Proactively contribute to the delivery of Dan's strategy with the state leadership team and lead your area group to bring the strategy to life in stores. Build team commitment by providing clear direction and role clarity to achieve business goals, while analysing key metrics and leveraging customer and team feedback to provide tailored coaching for each store. Lead the delivery of key projects for the state, lead business transformation and change agendas effectively, and develop talent pipelines through regular feedback and meaningful succession planning. Flexible to travel across the portfolio as required.
