Job Summary
The Express Van Driver is responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation to customers, performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle, and offering exceptional customer service. Duties include keeping accurate passenger counts, assisting passengers needing special assistance, and adhering to all DOT regulations. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and demonstrate English proficiency. Exceptional communication, teamwork, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- Able to read, speak and understand English
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current and valid documentation as required by DOT
- Hawaii Driver History Record
- PUC (Physical Examination, Medical Clearance Card)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of local streets and hotel locations
- Ability to perform simple math functions – counting, adding, subtracting
- Expertise in dealing with people and situations involving complex issues
- Comfortable working with global partners, understanding global markets and international considerations
