Job Summary
Perform oil changes, fluid services, and routine vehicle maintenance following factory standards. Inspect vehicles for safety items including tires, brakes, belts, hoses, and filters. Rotate tires, check pressures, document findings, and road-test vehicles to verify completed work. Maintain a clean, organized work area and provide timely updates to service advisors. Adhere to all safety policies and participate in ongoing training to expand technical skills. Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver license.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems (engine, brakes, tires, fluids)
- Ability to perform routine maintenance services, including: Oil and filter changes, Tire rotation and pressure checks, Fluid checks and top‑offs (transmission, coolant, brake, power steering), Battery testing and replacement, Visual inspections of belts, hoses, and filters
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
- Ability to follow manufacturer and shop service procedures
- Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check and/or drug screening
