Job Summary
Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and battery replacements. Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report findings to Service Advisors while ensuring timely and accurate completion of all work. Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all dealership standards and safety protocols. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, assisting in other service department duties as needed. On-the-job training and mentorship from experienced technicians are provided to support your growth within the dealership.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical knowledge and interest in the automotive field
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
