Express Technician

Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership and factory standards. Diagnose malfunctions and execute repairs while communicating regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer expectations. Explain technical diagnoses clearly to non-mechanical staff and customers, and keep store management informed of mechanical issues as they arise. Maintain an organized work area and stay current on factory technical bulletins through participation in training classes. Requires ASE certification, valid driver's license, and automotive technician experience.
