Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and multi-point inspections quickly and accurately. Complete repair orders with precision by documenting all work performed and parts used. Communicate findings clearly to service advisors to ensure guests receive accurate recommendations and timely updates. Stay current on Toyota-recommended maintenance procedures and service intervals while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout every shift. Work efficiently on a flat-rate structure where your speed and quality directly determine your earnings.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and performing hands-on work throughout the shift
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of technician or automotive maintenance experience preferred -- motivated candidates without formal experience are encouraged to apply
- Completion of an automotive technician training program or equivalent hands-on experience a plus
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems and routine maintenance procedures
- Fast and accurate -- able to maintain quality even when production speed matters
