Job Summary
Greet walk-in customers, assess their needs, and obtain vehicle information while advising on maintenance according to manufacturer specifications. Sell services, coordinate work with technicians, and explain completed charges. Perform cashier duties and manage a small group of technicians to help them achieve maximum potential. Work 3-6pm Monday through Friday and every other Saturday 8am-5pm at an above-average wage of $18/hour. This part-time role supports Rydell Auto Center's Oil & Lube department, where employees receive discounted services and a vehicle purchase program.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent time management: ability to organize and manage tasks at various stages of completion.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate commitment to the needs of the team.
- Basic computer/typing proficiency.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
