Requires previous automotive service advisor experience; expects strong communication and customer service skills, ability to multitask, and comfort with dealership software. Full-time role (minimum 40 hours per week) with potential weekend/holiday shifts in a family-owned dealership setting focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving customer retention.
