Maintain open communication regarding progress, handle complaints with professionalism, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately. Keep the service area clean and organized while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Valid driver's license
