Job Summary
Express Service Advisor at Chapman Hyundai Phoenix serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the Service Department. Responsibilities include scheduling, confirming, and preparing for service appointments; greeting customers and assessing maintenance needs; creating repair orders, providing cost and time estimates, and obtaining customer authorization; educating customers on vehicle condition and recommended services; coordinating with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely repairs; providing regular updates on vehicle status and service progress; and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Position is commission-based with an earning potential of $35,000-$60,000, full-time 40-hour schedule, with benefits including medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), life insurance, PTO/holidays, and onsite wellness resources.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
