Job Summary
Join Hudson Automotive Group as an Express/Maintenance Technician where you'll be responsible for performing automotive repairs following dealership standards. Utilize diagnostic tools to test and repair vehicle systems, communicate with Service Advisors about service needs and report on additional repairs. Ideal candidates should have prior express/maintenance experience and be capable of maintaining a customer-focused approach. The position offers a starting pay of $18/hour with bonuses, PTO, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and retirement plans.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Technician Career Pathway
- Ability to perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
- Communicate directly with Service Advisor
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Express/Maintenance Experience Preferred
- Manufacturer experience preferred
- Customer focused professional who is self-motivated, competitive and coachable.
Additional Requirements
- All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test
- Must possess a valid driver's license
