Job Summary
Deliver and install MSX Express Maintenance solutions; develop and maintain direct relationships with assigned dealers and OEM field organizations; assist with Dealer Launch Meetings and Dealer Workshop Meetings. Provide dealership express consultations, dealer remote and in-dealer classroom training, on-the-job training, and phone follow-up support. Ensure timely completion of dealer action plans and implement best practice processes within the Express Maintenance operation (customer appointment, reception, workshop scheduling, repair processes, productivity, quality control, invoice preparation, vehicle delivery, follow-up). Maintain OEM national/regional contact, submit monthly field detail reports and weekly timecards/expense reports. Demonstrate ability to leverage relationships to justify change, analyze dealer financials and operational data to establish improvement action plans, implement maintenance-advisor selling systems, and influence sales personnel and technicians in training and monitoring results.
