Job Summary
Lead installation and sustainment of the MSX Express Maintenance program, develop and maintain direct relationships with assigned dealers and OEM field organizations, and assist with Dealer Launch/Workshop meetings. Deliver dealer remote/in-dealer classroom training, conduct dealer consultations, provide on-the-job training for dealership staff, follow up on action plans, and implement best-practice processes to improve workshop scheduling, repair processes, productivity, quality control, and ROI. Requires 7-10 years of dealership/aftermarket management experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and ability to train and influence sales and service personnel while leveraging relationships to drive business improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of dealership or aftermarket management experience
- OEM dealer contact experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to leverage relationships to identify and sell the business case for change
- Ability to analyze dealer financials and operational assessments to establish improvement action plans
- Experience implementing maintenance advisor selling systems and process improvements at aftermarket/retail level
- Ability to understand, establish and implement effective metrics to drive growth and ROI
- Ability to train and utilize all aspects of Automotive Tire Sales and maintenance sales
- Proven track record in field training and dealer staff development
