Express Lube Technician

Job Summary
Express Lube Technician responsible for express lube duties on vehicles, including air- and fluid-level checks, oil and filter changes, lubricating joints (idler arm, steering knuckles, tie rod ends, ball joints), and reporting repairs to the service advisor. Ensure vehicle cleanliness, proper fluid levels, and compliance with company policies, safety rules, and core values; maintain CSI at or above company standards and participate in required training. Requires basic automotive knowledge, mechanical skills, valid driver's license, ability to operate timekeeping systems, and effective communication with customers and service personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Demonstrable mechanical skills
- Technical training or commensurate technical experience
- Ability to understand and follow technical manuals
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
