Job Summary
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic automotive maintenance following dealership and factory standards. Diagnose vehicle issues, inspect vehicles for additional service needs, and install optional equipment as specified. Test drive newly delivered vehicles for damage and missing components while reporting machinery defects to the supervisor. Communicate effectively with the Parts Department and service advisors to ensure timely service, ensuring vehicles remain clean and in optimal condition. Uphold high safety and ethical standards while lifting up to 30 lbs regularly. Valid driver's license with a clean record and ability to pass background checks and drug screens are required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and hair follicle drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and work in various physical conditions
- Capability to inspect and perform repairs, including bending, stretching, kneeling, and squatting
- Strong willingness to excel and learn
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive technical training or certification
- Automotive repair and maintenance experience
- ASE certification
