Job Summary
Express Lube Technician at Destination Toyota Burnaby performs oil changes, tire changes, and basic automotive repairs, and conducts routine vehicle check-ups with high quality, timely work. You will work with other Express Lube Techs to provide efficient Oil Change Service, review repair orders, and make recommendations per dealership and factory standards. Tasks include oil changes, tire changes, basic repairs, evaluating if additional safety or service work is required, and assisting in other service department roles as required by management.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of Automotive Technician Apprentice Level One training is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of dead lifting a minimum of 50 lbs
- Valid British Columbia driver’s license
- Able to operate both manual shift and automatic equipped vehicles
- Willing to follow policies and procedures as outlined in the operation of the Fixed Operations Department
