Job Summary
Lubricate moving parts of various types of machinery with specified lubricants; inspect fluid levels for engine, hydraulics, and transmission; inject grease into units with hand or air-powered grease gun; drain oil and refill; collect oil samples for testing; replace oil and air filters; recommend other services during inspection review; monitor and maintain inventories of oil, filters, etc.; inform customer of upcoming service due dates and make future recommendations; perform other related duties; collaborate with team to achieve continuous improvement; promote a positive customer experience; uphold company core values of Integrity, Commitment, Excellence and Teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a shop service environment
- High school diploma or GED, required
- Valid driver’s license
- Must have an excellent driving record and the ability to obtain a CDL or DOT certification
- Strong mechanical aptitude, with ability to perform responsibilities at customer job site with minimal supervision
- Capability of operating boom truck or equivalent
- Proper use of overhead and field service cranes
- Ability to operate a variety of equipment in the field and on customer job-sites
- Proficiency in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office products and service software
- Ability to complete service reports and provide pertinent details for work orders
- Willingness to work overtime as required by job and customer demand
Desired Qualifications
