Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance services such as oil and filter changes, conducting multi-point vehicle inspections including tires, brakes, and fluid levels. Identify maintenance and repair needs and communicate recommendations to the service advisor team while maintaining quality workmanship and ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies to execute these tasks. Full-time schedule with Saturday availability required. High school diploma or equivalent needed; previous experience as an Express or Quick Lube Technician preferred. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
Required Qualifications
- Basic mechanical knowledge of automotive systems
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass applicable pre-employment requirements
- Must be able to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer service
