Job Summary
Greet guests promptly and review their maintenance needs to explain recommended services. Prepare repair orders with accuracy and communicate effectively with service technicians to ensure timely completion. Monitor vehicle status and address guest questions to maintain an outstanding experience while keeping the workspace clean and organized. Schedule includes Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with rotating Saturdays. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with rotating Saturday's (day off during the week when scheduled Saturday)
