Express Lube Advisor at Lithia Hyundai of Anchorage. Responsible for handling customer interactions and guiding service fulfillment, including answering inbound calls, following the ICC/ICC2 processes, conducting vehicle walk-arounds, preparing accurate repair orders in the ADP system, providing upfront pricing estimates, obtaining approvals for inspections and additional services, coordinating with technicians, delivering status updates to customers, processing payments, and delivering the vehicle after service. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, valid driver’s license with a good driving record, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, typing ability, basic math and computer skills.
