Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of lube employees in the Express Lane service area; oversee quick lube services (oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, tire rotations) and ensure work meets manufacturer specifications and company policies. Responsibilities include service management, quality control, customer interaction, and training and development of staff; maintain accurate service records, diagnose issues, address complaints promptly, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Requires strong leadership, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a high-energy service setting. Starting compensation ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour with benefits and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in supervisory service role
- Completion of a vocational training program in automotive technology is advantageous
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be at least 18 years of age
