Job Summary
Express Lane Service Manager at Sun Auto Tire & Service oversees quick-lube operations, leads and mentors a team of lube advisors and technicians, ensures quality and safety per manufacturer specs, handles customer interactions, and provides training and development to staff. Responsibilities include supervising oil changes and routine maintenance, maintaining records, addressing customer issues, and maintaining a safe, clean, efficient quick-lube area. Requires leadership and supervisory skills, attention to detail, strong communication, and technical knowledge of automotive maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in supervisory service role
- Completion of a vocational training program in automotive technology is advantageous
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Certifications or training in automotive maintenance is a plus
