Job Summary
Oversee Express Lane quick-lube operations at Sun Auto Tire & Service. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of lube advisors and technicians to ensure high-quality service, safety, and customer satisfaction while coordinating oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance. Maintain accurate records, provide training and development opportunities, communicate service needs to customers, and uphold manufacturer specifications. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills required to manage throughput and drive a world-class service experience in a fast-paced shop environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in supervisory service role
- Valid Drivers License
- Experience supervising lube service operations is a plus
- Completion of a vocational training program in automotive technology is advantageous
