Job Summary
Express Lane Service Manager at Sun Auto Tire & Service in Arlington, TX. Lead and supervise a team of lube advisors and technicians in the Express lube lanes, overseeing oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance. Drive service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, while coordinating service delivery, providing training and development, maintaining accurate service records, and ensuring adherence to manufacturer specs and company policies. Strong leadership, communication with guests and technicians, problem-solving, and the ability to manage inventory and scheduling are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in supervisory service role.
- Completion of a vocational training program in automotive technology is advantageous.
- Valid Drivers License
- Certifications or technical training relevant to automotive maintenance (e.g., Texas Inspector, MACs) preferred.
