Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of lube employees in the Express Lane, overseeing quick lube services (oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, tire rotations), ensure quality and adherence to manufacturer specifications, manage customer interactions and estimates, provide training and development, maintain accurate service records and inventory, and drive safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a full-time garage environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in supervisory service role.
- Completion of a vocational training program in automotive technology is advantageous.
