Express Lane Service Manager

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of lube employees in the Express Lane at Sun Auto Tire & Service. Oversee quick lube services (oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, tire rotations, and routine maintenance), ensure high-quality service in line with manufacturer specifications, and maintain customer satisfaction. Communicate with customers to understand needs, provide estimates, and deliver world-class service; provide training and development opportunities for staff; maintain accurate service records and inventory data; address issues promptly, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and perform thorough vehicle inspections. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills are essential for driving efficiency and customer loyalty in a fast-paced garage setting.
