As a Store Associate, help create a welcoming shopping experience by understanding customer needs, sharing product knowledge, and representing the UNIQLO brand with pride. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining shop floor standards and cleanliness, providing service at the shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts, processing deliveries, maintaining stock/back of house areas, replenishing stock and updating displays. Essential skills include prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service, strong communication, organization and time-management abilities, ability to follow detailed instructions, and a proactive drive to achieve excellence. Eligibility requires full working rights in Australia and flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays with reliable transportation to and from the store.
