Job Summary
Conduct vehicle inspections, including video Multi-Point Inspections (MPI) and customer walkarounds, to identify maintenance needs. Perform routine maintenance, tire rotations, and balance tires while checking pressure and advising on condition. Maintain cleanliness of service bays, tools, and equipment, reporting any malfunctions. Assist other service technicians to support efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Communicate with customers to explain services performed and provide recommendations. Follow all safety protocols and structured training protocols to develop technical skills under mentorship from a Honda Master Technician.
