Job Summary
Express Service Technician performs vehicle maintenance as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards, to drive customer loyalty. Documents work performed on the repair order and communicates with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication. Participates in factory-sponsored training and keeps abreast of factory technical bulletins. Provides an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty. Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and (preferred) experience as an express/quick lube technician.
