Job Summary
Express Advisor at AutoNation Toyota Spokane Valley drives exceptional customer experience through consultative selling, greeting customers, scheduling and preparing appointments, identifying vehicle maintenance needs via walk-arounds and test drives, producing repair orders with estimates, coordinating with technicians and parts staff, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Must deliver strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and be comfortable using technology to support sales and service processes. Commission plus base pay, with benefits and discount programs available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
