Job Summary
Assist the Expose Excellence Youth Community Outreach Manager with recruiting and maintaining a student base, planning programming including workshops and camps, and coordinating with school districts and community organizations. Supervise and mentor youth participants while managing volunteer coordination, collecting feedback, and handling administrative duties such as social media and graphic design. Represent the program at outreach events and participate in emergency management activities during disasters. Evening and weekend work is required.
Required Qualifications

- One year of work experience
- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple assignments
