Handle customer inquiries from national and international clients, including surgeons and distributors, via phone, video conference, and email to deliver optimal service. Process orders, shipping documents, and all critical materials in strict adherence to high quality standards and international norms regarding customs and packaging. Support clients in resolving questions and finding solutions while maintaining a process-oriented approach. Requires at least two years of experience in the medical technology industry, proficiency in Majesty ERP, and fluent German and English. Full-time position with regulated hours from 8:00 to 17:00, including a one-hour break, and a 30-day vacation allowance.
