Export Supervisor – General Cargo & Spots

Coordinate and oversee the operational daily business for the General Cargo & Spot Business team, managing Ocean Export shipments including FCL, LCL, and general cargo. Handle spot inquiries, evaluate freight rates and conditions, and create competitive offers based on routing, capacity, and client requirements. Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal departments regarding complex operational issues, deviations, and escalations while monitoring costs and profit margins. Collaborate closely with shipping lines, trucking companies, terminals, agents, and international crane offices to ensure high service quality and compliance. Support team development through coaching and onboarding new colleagues, while actively contributing ideas to process improvements. Work within a flat hierarchy in Hamburg's central offices with a focus on practical application and team collaboration.
