Job Summary
Export Specialist NPWT ICO role within Solventum's global distribution/logistics team. Manage NPWT intercompany export orders and export documentation through the ERP system to facilitate replenishment and despatch to global warehouses serving wholesalers and direct customers. Liaise with supply chain teams (warehouse operations, planning, transportation, quality, and trade compliance) to ensure timely order replenishment and resolution of issues. Requires working knowledge of export documentation and ERP systems (Oracle preferred). Travel up to 10% domestic. Work location is Remote, UK or Ireland. Strong communication, teamwork, and ERP experience (Oracle) are desired. The role emphasizes collaboration across global teams and the ability to prioritize workload in a detail-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of ERP systems, especially Oracle
- Microsoft software skills e.g., Word, Excel
- Knowledge of export operations, including documentation requirements
- Strong team player essential; excellent communication skills
- Experience in ERP systems (general)
