Job Summary
Export Selector will hand-pick products and transport items using industrial equipment to shipment locations. Responsibilities include receiving orders from the Export Clerk, accurately picking orders, stacking merchandise on pallets, checking product quality, placing case labels upright on cases, meeting or exceeding established production levels, and following health and safety policies and quality control standards. The role requires operating industrial equipment (forklift & pallet jack), reading and interpreting safety rules and procedures, and working in a warehouse environment with physical tasks such as lifting up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 50+ pounds occasionally; the work environment involves varying temperatures and independent work in a team setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack (Required)
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals (Required)
